THE WORST EXPERIENCE. The place looks NOTHING like the pictures. It’s so junky and in the attic space of a dentist office!! I should have turned around when I seen the place, but instead I decided to do it anyway.. BIG MISTAKE.. Took 10 min to find it and had to call the receptionist just to find the place! When I got there LAUREN was who I booked an appointment with. VERY unprofessional. I told her it was my first time and she told me it usually takes 30 minutes for first time clients and she finished mine in 10 minutes. If that doesn’t tell you how awful of a job she did in itself. I asked her to stop waxing me so fast because the wax was hot and it was my first time. She told me I had no choice that she was in a hurry. She left patches of wax on me, and missed so many places of hair. As soon as I paid her she got her bags and left because I was her last client of the day..she was out the door before I was!!! I had to call the owner to get my money back because the person who did my wax left so quickly.
