Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMassage was great, very detailed to mellow out all the kinks. The reason I did not give 5 stars because the young lady wanted more of a tip. I felt I tipped her the going rate and did not cheat her. There are many places to get a massage, maybe I will consider another place instead.

Critical: ProfessionalismI received a massage from highland, the massage and experience were good until check out time. I was asked for a tip in which I was going to leave anyway because that is the courteous thing to do when you have good service. I told the lady yes I will leave a $5.00 tip she stated $10.00 ok , I stated (verbatim) I said $5. 00 . She then turns into a totally different person and stated (verbatim) , “I want $10.00 five is not enough and argues with me about how much I should tip. I then asked for the owner at this point out of three ladies none could speak English all of a sudden , they pull out this translator and continue to tell me the are not unprofessional.First of all she started at 4:15 and ended at 5:10 which was 5 minutes early – unprofessionalI booked an appointment and was told I didn’t call the lady asked me to see my phone where I called them for the appointment and I showed them – unprofessional.I was willing to overlook the shortage in my massage and the tardiness when I arrived but to be ungrateful about your tip and to not allow me to speak with the owner that’s going overboardFirst and last time here I’ve never experienced a place so rude and yes believe the other comments three ladies harass you at check out for a tip .I received a massage from highland, the massage and experience were good until check out time. I received a massage from highland, the massage and experience were good until check out time. I was asked for a tip in which I was going to leave anyway because that is the courteous thing to do when you have good service.
