I’ve been twice now. Two Saturdays in a row to be exact. I have found both experiences to be really beneficial. Yes the massages are deep tissue and a little painful. But I didn’t go for a spa experience. I wanted my back to feel better. In my opinion they know what they’re doing and it has really helped me.

Asked for them to focus on my neck and shoulder, did everything but my neck and shoulders. The masseur started massaging my spine and digging into my bones, all while talking to other employees. Still have a crick in my neck and now a sore spine.
