Our first store was open in Landsdowne/Leesburg Virginia area in 2015, and the second store in Ashburn Virginia area in 2018. I wish I could give a lower rating, this was the worst massage I’ve ever received. My husband and I did a couples massage, and it was just a bad experience. There are windows on the doors, so the environment is not private. The walls also do not touch the ceiling, so you can hear everything going on. My biggest issue is that at one point, the man massaging me got up for about 10 minutes to help another customer who entered the spa. This is extremely unprofessional, and it also took away from the massage time I was paying for. When it came time to pay, the woman at the desk kept pressuring us to tip more. Overall, this place simply is not a good establishment and should be avoided.

Where do I start, I arrived to my 11:00 am appointment and the door was locked. They arrived shortly at 11:05. The massage was rough and they pressure you into add on services. I brought my service off Groupon and they asked me if could cancel the Groupon and just directly there. During my massage, the lady had to leave to gather supplies and greet customers. One customer even walked in on my massage. Then when it came to checking out, even though I had a bad experience I was going to leave a $10 tip. The lady would not stop pressuring me into doubling my tip $20. Now it’s a day later and my neck/back is sore. Honestly I only went here since it was nearby and the great Groupon discount.
