I have gone to them for many years. I have probably had at least 60 massages and come a way completely relaxed and satisfied. It’s not just a foot massage it a whole body experience. I would highly recommend them.

Seen alot of bad reviews so I was skeptical going in but I found it was a nearly perfect massage. There was very little communication and I absolutely loved that. I was there to get a massage not have a lengthy conversation with a stranger. They were a little busy and she had to answer the door once or twice but that didnt bother me at all. The massage itself was sublime and I think it was the first real full body massage ive ever revieved. Ive had massages all over the country from top rated to worst and this was the best massage ive ever had.

Unfortunately this place was my worst massage experience ever , after massage I got up and slipped on massage oil falling (with a already bad back) staff did not speak English weren’t able to help Me up I literally layed on floor for 30 minutes until they would finally call 911 I couldn’t move my legs and they just wanted to help me to my car ‘ needless to say I needed a ambulance finaly after 45 minutes of them trying to communicate w me through a translation app on there phone …. hope you don’t have bad experience like I did

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIf you want to relax your sole or soul, STAY AWAY! The employees not only talk to each other during the massage, they LEAVE you to answer the phone or deal with walk-ins. While massaging, communication is very difficult as all the employees only speak Chinese. The kicker is when you go to pay they DEMAND at least a $10.00 tip ($10 – good, $15.00 – very good, $20+ – excellent) on a $35.00 service. A sign is posted by the register, which YOU DON’T SEE see until you’re standing at the register paying. I handed the cashier a ten dollar bill for the tip and asked for $3 back. He WOULD NOT break the bill and pointed to the sign. I was stunned. I felt my 20% tip was very generous considering how many times my “relaxing” massage was interrupted. He just kept pointing to the sign. I paid the $10.00 and left feeling tense and ripped off.If you want to relax your sole or soul, STAY AWAY! Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went in today for a foot massage, listed price: $35.00. I always tip, depending on service, up to $10.00. Usually there is nice music when I’m there. Not today. None at all. My massage was interrupted by a client coming to the door for service. He left me to attend to her. Then, he started to use one hand to massage my foot while talking on the phone with the other hand to the other location to discuss the upcoming massage. He then got up and gave the phone to the other client who was assured that her massage would take place in 5 minutes, as soon as another massage person arrived from the other location. The client was placed in a room and asked to prepare herself. My massage started again. Obviously there was another interruption and discussion when the new massage person arrived to attend to the new client, approximately 10 min later. I was finished and left to pay. I gave the gentleman a $6.00 tip which is 17%. Fair considering the service. Last I knew, tips were based on service. The kicker came when Tony told the fellow behind the desk that he only got $6.00. I was directed to piece of paper on the wall stating the amounts listed for gratuities, starting at $10.00. 28.6 %. So they depend upon tips. Quality service, quality tip. I really do not like people asking for more money.I went in today for a foot massage, listed price: $35.00. I always tip, depending on service, up to $10.00. Unfortunately the only thing this place has to offer is the ambiance. The massage was not enjoyable, and the dollar store lotion doesn’t smell good. This was a trick, not a treat , and it’s April! I paid 45$ for a massage my 6 year old could have gave me, They didn’t even rub me for the full time either. Overall please be aware you will not get your money worth, I brought my husband and friend with me as well, And all three of us had mutual feelings- The massage skill is definitely lacking.

You get what you pay for. Massage is OK, but the best deal is the $25 foot massage. The management acts like they are doing you a favor . I had the half hour massage and she rubbed the same spot for 20 min. untill I thought she would wear thru my skin.

The two that did our massages were great as I don’t have a complaint about them, however my complaint is the guy at front who’s kids were coming in and out riding wheelies or scooter inside talking instead of whispering and the back door open and ya hear the garbage trucks plus traffic. The guy at front was also slurping a drink or soup and slamming the cup/bowl down then started watching a video on his phone with volume up! When he asked if I would tip I said no and started talking about my complaint and didn’t tell me to hold but started a phone conversation.
