Critical: ProfessionalismWe went and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. Waited 45 and then were told by Gabby & Devon that they were the only ones there and they were closing in 40 minutes and there were 2 people ahead of us so they could not keep the appointments. They said it wasn’t their fault. These kids were likely in there mid to late 20s. It was VERY disappointing after sitting there for 45 minutes to be told to leave. We didn’t have time to do anything else that night either because they took all of our time with us waiting. Gabby and Devon were quite rude too! Very argumentative and Devon even raised his voice when I told them how long we had waited and how much I really felt they were doing wrong here. Waited 45 and then were told by Gabby & Devon that they were the only ones there and they were closing in 40 minutes and there were 2 people ahead of us so they could not keep the appointments. I enjoy going here. I had a feeling they hadn’t been fulfilling the entire time requested for a massage so I made sure to glance at my watch before getting on the massage table today. It was 4:47 and they didn’t start for another 2 minutes or so. My masseuse stepped away to tend to the front desk for about 1-2 minutes during the massage. This is fine but I figured they wouldn’t count that in my time. He stepped away another time and had someone take his place for about 3 minutes. They were massaging my back so lightly I could barely feel it. He patted my back and told me he was done at 5:24. I had requested a 40 minute massage and got about 33 minutes. I noticed on my ticket they notated that my massage started at 4:43. They had not even called me back at 4:43. I made sure to mention this when I was paying and he just acted confused. They are great massages (unless they spend 4-5 minutes on one spot) so I wouldn’t discourage anyone from going. I would just make sure you get what you pay for.
