The person doing balayage on my hair assumed my hair was virgin. Some part of the process failed, but they tried to cover it up, and said they were giving me a “special treatment.” Finally, they said “it didn’t take.” At the end of it, I spent half my day here just for my hair to end up the wrong color. They never apologized. My hair felt brittle and dead immediately and it has taken months to recover. I even gave the hairdresser a tip and overall I spent $500 for a terrible job. My friends get their balayage done for $200 or less. Coming here was a mistake.

I wish that I could give 10 stars! Going to a salon gives me anxiety. 9 times out of 10 I HATE how my hair turns out or they cut too much off! But Roberta transformed my hair! It turned out amazing! She cut off my dead ends and you can’t even tell I lost any length! The color turned out amazing and I felt like a princess the whole time I was there! I don’t get my hair cut very often…. Because trust issues with people cutting my hair. Gina did a great job on my hair. It’s a little pricey but you are paying for the atmosphere and a job well done.

The whole place smelled wonderful, my stylist was very knowledgeable about hair and gave me a few pointers I had never known about for hair and scalp care. I will at some point try their nail and spa services as well.

The O Way line is fantastic. Staff is really helpful with deciding on which products to pick, and will make sure you leave happy. I loved my cut and highlights, they really listened to what I wanted. And, the best part?.. the color/ lightener didn’t smell! Their organic products only smell like herbs and essential oils. I wish I would have known about this place when I was pregnant!

I had an amazing experience at this salon. The owner went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I spilled my drink all over myself and she even washed my sweater for me. She gave me a plush robe in the meantime… Then she came over and started to massage my hands. She said she wanted me to leave relaxed and having a better day. It worked! Plus, my color and cut turned out amazing… Nikita was my stylist and she was phenomenal! She took the time to make sure it looked flawless. My color wasnt the easiest either… It was a three color ombré that was covering up blue. Blue is impossible to get out of your hair, but she did it! Ive had endless compliments on the color and its perfect for summer! Their products were all organic and left my hair feeling healthy. I walked around the rest of the day asking people to smell my hair, lol. I just couldnt believe how gentle it was and for once, I didnt stink of harsh hair dye. I cant say enough good things about this salon and will continue to be a customer there! Truly, a full-service salon that leaves you relaxed and happy, and I promise you’ll be satisfied with your results!!!! Thank you Nikita
