This place is terrible. Basically robbed me. Did my moms nails she didn’t like them but didn’t say anything. Told her sister in another language that she didn’t like the nails then asked her sister what my mom said. It’s none of his business. But what she said was that she asked the guy doing her nails to make them more square than round. My moms sister then told the guy doing nails what my mom said. He then proceeded to say why didn’t you go to your usual guy then. Started being very disrespectful and I told him since he’s being so rude and that he would not fix what was messed up that I didnt think I deserved to pay for the nails because she didn’t get what she asked for and he was very disrespectful. I then stopped my pedicure and paid for everything and left the store. I only paid because they were being so rude and causing a scene I wanted to leave. I was very close to being finished with my toes so I didn’t mind paying for them. But my moms nails were not what she wanted and he was very rude so I did not think I deserved to pay for it. Right before we left he yelled at her to sit in his chair so he can rip her nails off.

I went n and waited 20 minutes to get my brows done.. then I get put in a pedicure chair. I told her I only wanted eye brows… she still insisted on me get a pedi… well 50 bucks later n my toes nails are choped up and looks like a 2 year old painted them Eyebrow beautification

3 hours after getting my nails dipped they were chipping. I have got this service for many years at other places and never happened. So when I went back for them to fix my nails he said got to be careful fake nail on them real nail my problem .so I paid 35 dollars and lost the length of my nail in 3 hours. Never go back there again. Lesson learned not busy is a sign.

My first time going and I loved it. For being the day before thanksgiving I assumed they would be packed but it wasn’t. The man was nice and actually took time to do my nails. He seemed Like he really cared about making sure nails were right length that I wanted and even put is own opinion in what color I should choose. Personally I felt welcomed&& treated me with respect. Definitely would go back.

I’ve gotten my nails done several times here. Every time, they do a great job. I would say they’re quality is 5 star but they interpersonal communication is about a 2 star. I wish they’d work on talking to the client.

horrible. absolutely horrible. they got me seated quick. but my nails look like trash. i told them i wanted acrylic nails. and she asked what shape. i told her coffin, showed her a picture and everything thing. i walked out of there with every nail uneven and looking like circles. totally not worth the 30$. never going back

One of the most horrible humiliating experiences I’ve ever had. I went to have my nails filled. A girl seated me at her station & started my nails . Then for some reason, the owner came up & told her to transfer me to his station. When he started doing my nails, he literally began yelling & screaming at me that my nails were awful & too hard to do, that they weren’t in good shape & that I should have come in sooner. He painfully pulled off both of my thumb nails as he was berating me. I reminded him that i was there 8 days ago & one of his employees did this to my nails. At that, he yelled something in his native language to another one of the girls, got up from his station & stormed off. This was totally unprovoked , totally uncalled for and as I told them, verbal abuse at the very least. I’d give them a negative number of stars if allowed.
