Only complaint is that they are always so busy lol sometimes you have to wait but you just have to prepare for the extra time. I just moved to the Mobile area a month ago & I’ve been on Google looking for a nail salon for me & my daughter. On today as I was riding through the city, I seen Relax Nails & Spa. I waited for my daughter to get out of school & we went back. Great Experience!! Soon as you walk in, they greet you. My nail technician Ms. Annie was so sweet. My daughter had Ms. Wendy & she was sweet as well. Safe to say I found a nail salon home with Relax Nails & Spa.

The last occasion I had to come back twice in fours days for them to fix my nail. The owner Lindsay seemed to have an attitude about it. The last occasion I had to come back twice in fours days for them to fix my nail. The owner Lindsay seemed to have an attitude about it. Outstanding never in Mobile have I ever been treated so well. This is the nail spa, too go too. Lindsey and Jennifer are amazing. I just left, toes, nails & eyelashes. Love this place.

I LOVE this place! I have had many many MANY bad experiences at nail salons in Mobile but this one I have no complaints! I have come in when it is busy and slow and either way they NEVER rush my nails. I never feel like they are rushing the process or skipping steps or trying to get me out quick, unlike many other places. They take their time to provide a great service and check in with customers making sure in each step they are happy and getting what they want. I will never go anywhere else!
