I needed to get my nails removed because three of them were broken. I only usually went to one person/place but I was out of town and decided to try another place and I had previously stopped at another location and only one nail tech was able to do what I wanted and she had an appointment already so I found Relax Nails and they were able to get me in right away.

I went for a gel mani-pedi as a walk in and didn’t have a lot of time. Kim was very accommodating and Andrea and Emily took care of me asap. First time doing a gel and I love it! The place is very clean, with relaxing music and Emily and Andrea did an excellent job!

My nails are so gluey and breaking off and I got a gel manicure today. Same day it chipped off my pinky and my cuticle area. There’s a ton of air bubbles and little dust bunnies underneath as well and they aren’t very even. I will likely not go here again. I might not even go to get this nail fixed even though I just got them done today.

I took my child for a kid’s manicure and the older skinny lady that took her had such a bad attitude, making faces, and judging because she was little that she was going to not be able to do it before even taking my child. My child sat so nicely and not even move , but this lady was so rude. If they salon is going to offer services for kids , then the employees doing it should kid friendly and without expectation that a kid will be trouble because of their age. I used to be a very regular customer, but after this , not planning on going back. I tried to have a nice cute experience with my kid and it was definitely messed up and not gratifying. The owners are very good always and they lady that did my nails was great, but sadly the bad experience took over and would prefer to be in a place that kids can also get good service if they want to have a nice time too.

I went last week and got a full set with gel polish and they did a great job. Prices were on par with the other place I frequent and closer to where I live, so I was happy. I broke 2 nails in a week and went back today to get them fixed. Nothing that was their fault, I just have a job that longer nails isn’t compatible with. They fixed them so they look good as new and didn’t even charge me. It was totally unexpected since I was to blame. Will definitely be returning when I’m ready for another set.
