This young lady rushed and she didn’t do a good job. It is not the first time I get someone that doesn’t do a good job. If you say something they talk about you in their language ( you know by looking at their expression ). I wish I can show the horrible job this person did today. There is a couple of ladies there that are great. But you do need appointment.

I found time after a long and busy Saturday in the hot wind at baseball games all day to get my nails done. But then realized it was 6:10 and Relax Nails closes at 7! I was welcomed with a smile and was made to feel as if they weren’t rushing me or upset that they were almost closing. Everyone there is so sweet and kind! Love them all but Tee is my go to! She takes such good care of me! She is so careful with my feet during pedicures, I’m diabetic and have neuropathy and she knows exactly where I’m sensitive and how to trim back nails when needed. Clean, sanitary and safe! Love love love my Relax Nails!!!

A lady next to me made an appointment for her daughter and her at 11:45 am and asked for a specific person and she was told there would be no issue until 45 minutes later she was still not helped! The reason she was not helped was because the lady she had requested decided not to show up to work and the poor lady was not notified of this until her daughter asked why she hadn’t been helped! My mother and I came in at noon and we were not helped until 1 pm! A lady next to me made an appointment for her daughter and her at 11:45 am and asked for a specific person and she was told there would be no issue until 45 minutes later she was still not helped! She made me change colors because she couldn’t use the one I pick. Even with second color she couldn’t do it. I asked for another nail tech. That acted like I was wrong for wanting it done my way. Guy nail tech agrue with me. Told me I mad Emmy mad. I almost walked out.
