This place was highly recommended to me by a coworker and I’m so glad I checked it out! I had a relaxation massage with Stephanie Masi and she was fantastic! Before we started, she talked about her massage style/technique, and she asked the perfect questions to make sure she would target any problem areas I had. I felt so much better after my first session with her and I already can’t wait until my next appointment. Their website is super user friendly and everything from booking/editing/canceling appointments to uploading insurance cards can all be done online prior to your appointment.

This was my first time with relax mind and body. When I first walked into the spa my first thought was wow, it smells so good in here. I was immediately greeted by the front desk and another gal. They were both very personable and professional. My massage therapist Mary then came in and greeted me and brought me back to my room, asked some questions and left for me get ready for my massage The massage itself was absolutely wonderful and relaxing and she worked diligently on the areas that we discussed prior to the massage. I was so relaxed and comfortable I fell asleep several different times. Thank you Mary. You made my experience wonderful and I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!!

Ryan was amazing! I am 2 weeks from my due date and during my prenatal massage he made sure to work out all the pains I’ve been feeling and I was able to forget I was even pregnant for an hour. He specializes in neck and shoulders and you can definitely tell. I walked out of there feeling lighter and just overall better! I can’t wait to go back after baby arrives!

As a woman, I have not always been comfortable with male massage therapists however, Ryan was polite and professional. I always felt comfortable with him. I’ve had multiple accidents that left me with scar tissue. Ryan did an amazing job of breaking it up giving me greatly increased range of motion. I highly recommend him to anyone especially if you’ve had an injury. The best results I’ve ever had.
