Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had an appointment for 3pm. First it was hard to find, then the elevator was broken. Then I rang the bell and she said sorry too busy and she couldn’t take me. I told her I had an appointment so I was confused and asked if I could come back later and she said no not until the next day and she wasn’t even sure about what time. I will never go here.. take your money and business else where. I based my whole day around doing this. I had an appointment for 3pm. First it was hard to find, then the elevator was broken. Then I rang the bell and she said sorry too busy and she couldn’t take me. I told her I had an appointment so I was confused and asked if I could come back later and she said no not until the next day and she wasn’t even sure about what time. Critical: CommunicationI called and made an appointment for 6 pm. When I arrived at 6 I was asked to wait 30 minutes. That was frustrating because why allow me to make an appointment if no one was available? I would have been happy to arrive at 6:30. But sitting around for 30 minutes is a bit annoying since I was not a walk in. So I reluctantly sat down in the chair to wait and the woman motioned me to the door and said “30 minutes”. What??? I have to actually leave and come back in 30 minutes? I understand there is a language barrier, but that was disappointing to say the least. I called and made an appointment for 6 pm. When I arrived at 6 I was asked to wait 30 minutes. That was frustrating because why allow me to make an appointment if no one was available? I would have been happy to arrive at 6:30. But sitting around for 30 minutes is a bit annoying since I was not a walk in.
