Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went for a 60 minute massage. It was the worst experience. The lady was on her phone throughout my appointment. I was not covered up at all. It was very uncomfortable feeling. The door was also open which made more tense thinking someone was going to walk past. The massage was awful. She did not massage me but instead rub a huge amount of oil on me with one hand while she was on her phone with the other. I even expressed I wanted a deep tissue with firm pressure. I went for a 60 minute massage. It was the worst experience. The lady was on her phone throughout my appointment. I was not covered up at all. It was very uncomfortable feeling. The door was also open which made more tense thinking someone was going to walk past. The massage was awful. She did not massage me but instead rub a huge amount of oil on me with one hand while she was on her phone with the other. I even expressed I wanted a deep tissue with firm pressure. I just wanted it to end.

I called to make an appointment or see if walk ins were an option. They hung up on me in the middle of me talking. I show up at the time I tried to make an appointment for. The women didn’t speak English and just kept pointing at things. So I start walking in the direction she pointed and she fallowed and put me in a room. She then told me to pay first and lead me back out of the room to the front desk. I asked her for the price and handed over my card. I seen she over charged the card by a few dollars and pointed it out to her. She then had to go get a phone to translate to me that they have a fee for credit cards. It was not posted anywhere so I told her to refund the card and I’ll pay cash to avoid the fee that she did not warn me about. That’s when she got another women from the back and they had a long conversation.. I then just asked for a complete refund because it seemed like such an inconvenience for them. I took my business elsewhere and will not attempt this place again. Terrible experience, wish I read reviews before entering business, I had same bad experience as others. I called to make an appointment or see if walk ins were an option.
