Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI had purchased a groupon a while back which expired. the groupon clearly stated that the “GROUPON EXPIRES BUT NOT THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SERVICES” meaning the amount that I paid for the groupon wouldn’t expire and i could have used it for the original service purchased. it was supposed to be a couples massage so I told him if we can use the amount to a service for just me he said no. ok thats fine i will bring someone with me so we can do the couples massage. He said he couldnt find my groupon in the system since it was a while back but to bring a printed out one and the difference will be $53 (since we would have to pay for the value of the massage) I said thats fine gave me a appointnment. When I got there REFUSED to provide me with service and was very rude about it. I was embarrased since I had to ask a friend to come with me so we wont loose our money. I had to call groupon and they refunded me with groupon money. Im just upset he made me go through the explanation, printed out the groupon got up and drove up there? knowing about the situation. and then proceeded to tell me if I want to still do it $140 thats with a $10 discount?? Like WHAT? Relax massage two is not very relaxing. Used my Groupon I bought. No music playing. Very loud. Staff talking loud and walking back and forth with loud shoes on. Lights not dim. Very cold inside. Could hear every bit of traffic passing by. Door was open during my massage, luckily they weren’t massaging bare skin like most places. I was fully clothed. Insisted that when I left I HAD to tip my therapist before I could leave. What a joke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing massage. Go to reflexology instead. Relax massage 2 is very unprofessional. Won’t be coming back.

Not only they didn’t look they knew what they were doing, the service is very poor. Do not expect a proffessional massage that will treat anything like pain. They just do what any untrained person can do.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect but I was in so much pain I didn’t care. I walked in to a wonderful welcome and was told all that they offered. Once I made my decision I was taken to the room which was very quiet and comfortable. The massage therapist was very nice and made sure the pressure was good all the way through! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Will defintely be back!!!!

Great massage place. I was able to get a 60 minute traditional massage as a walk in. The massage felt great and I was able to walk in and out, without listening to a sales pitch like the big chains do. My only complaint is that the beds aren’t super soft. My lower back hurt a little from not being supported. I’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I just got a couples massage we bought off of Groupon and it was literally the worst massages either of us have had! They didn’t honor our Groupon deal and they don’t speak any English. They made us pay an extra $20/person bc we asked instead of 15 minutes on our faces if they could just add that 15 to our backs. So we paid $40 on top of what we paid for the Groupon and then the lady asked for a tip! Their “hot rags” felt like sand paper and my 4 year old could have given a better massage!

About 2-3 months ago I went with my wife for couples massage. They were really great with the massage specially since they are Chinese, which means they know what to do and how to do it. I don’t know why people complain about their communication because I understood them perfectly. Also those people using Groupon, whining and bit..ching and being a royal pain in the ass are cheap. I wanted to use my groupon but I called them first to see what the actual package included and they explained exactly what the groupon thing said so there was no misunderstanding. Since I didn’t like what the groupon had to offer I opted for something else, because like I stated before even without the groupon discount they are very affordable and not expensive at all. So next time you want or decide to use the groupon discount, CALL THEM and don’t be so cheap. My experience was amazing with them so ill be going back pretty soon.
