They are not respectful of your time. They asked me to leave my number and someone would call in 30 mins for my appointment. After no call, I went back 40 mins later. They called the wrong number and asked me to wait another 15 mins. Not good.

I go here yearly with my mom because we both have back and shoulder pain. It’s where all our stress goes to as well, and the workers here are WONDERFUL. There’s only been one instance where one guy didn’t do my mom well but we haven’t had that issue again. They’re nice people who are professional and any money spent was worth it besides that one time.

I chose the $20 for 20 minutes table massage. I had been experiencing headaches due to night muscles in my back and shoulders. The asian lady was my masseuse. She did an amazing job. I was so loose I swear I tripped tover the grout in the tile in the malls walkway because I wasn’t picking up my feet This was 3 weeks ago. I started experiencing headaches again over the last 3 days so I’m back again today. Feel like this may be a once a month stop for me. Believe me it’s $20 well spent.

Do NOT get a free sample! After 1 minute he said, “okay 30 minutes $30 okay?” Ummmm no thanks. “10 minutes $12” meanwhile another employee was in my ear repeating it like an auctioneer. I was in disbelief and didn’t answer right away. He got angry and said “yes or no?!” I said no and he dug his elbow into one side of my back (instead of making sure I was balanced) then slapped my shoulder aggressively. It didn’t hurt per say but I could tell he was irritated. My kids were with me and felt uncomfortable bc they saw the employees making faces and speaking in their native language in clear frustration. Fast forward two hours later and I’m scheduling an appointment with my chiropractor bc I’m out of alignment and can barely walk bc if they way he did his elbow. Left a message with mall managememt to call me back.
