I received a couple’s massage. Both therapists talked in their native language and laughed during the entire massage. It presented like they were talking about us the entire experience. Both ladies, presented with no training or certification to provide services. I left the massage having more pain, especially in my shoulders and feeling dizzy. My husband repeatedly was elbowed in the back and his butt squeezed. He asked for the lady to focus on other areas, which fell on deaf ears. My husband walked me to the vehicle due to feeling dizzy. It was a horrible experience. We both are still experiencing pain this morning. This was absolute worst experience ever.

I go to Relax center once a month and half the time it’s amazing, the other half not so much. My main complaint is the lack of consistency. I ask for a full body (60 min) massage which normally means about 40 minutes on your stomach and 20 minutes on your back. Half the time they do it and half the time not.
