Here at Relax & Breathe I tailor my sessions to meet my clients needs. I will do my very best to assist you whether it is just to relax and you have a nagging pain that you just can’t get rid of. I can do all the way from a light touch to a deep pressure and will incorporate some stretching as needed. Your session will be personalized for you every time.

Diona was amazing! I am having a lot of pain in my feet. I did some research on reflexology and then went to Groupon to try and find a place. I just assumed it was a big business type spa however she has her own business and was wonderful. She truly cared about my feet issues and suggested things to do at home.
