I went there about three months ago and got a good foot/body massage. But this time was not a good experience. The lady who was giving the massage told me it would now be $50 for a foot body message, and $30 for just a foot massage. So, I opted for just a regular massage. It was really not a great massage. It just didn’t feel good. When she did my feet, she wore gloves which did not feel good. Then, when I paid her the $50 she asked where the tip was. Humm… seems sort of inappropriate. I told her I wasn’t tipping since I expected the $30 foot massage. Anyway, she was a nice person and I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I won’t be back. Also, I didn’t like the towel you were supposed to cover yourself with with–way too small for my comfort. I like the big sheets.

I went in expecting exactly what I got. I am a Massage Envy member so when I want the bells and whistles, I make my appointment days in advance and go there. But this little place offers reflexology and full body massage to walk in patrons. You can choose from a menu of different items with pricing varying due to ammount of time for full body and foot reflexology massages. I chose the 60 minute foot massage as I’ve recently had ACL replacement surgery and recovery has been a beast. They have specialized chairs in semi private rooms where they start you off by soaking your feet in warm water. You remain fully clothed but are still draped and as your feet soak they begin with reflexology points in your face. It’s very relaxing and feels great. They move to your neck then arms, then eventually to your calves and feet. When done you flip over (the chair has a face hole in it) and they do a quick but enjoyable back rub. I really enjoyed my time there. It’s just a little mom’s and pop’s place but it is right here in Cameron Park. I’m willing to pay the tiny bit more that it costs to be able to walk in here than go all the way into the heart of Folsom and pay $5 less for the same thing. It was $30 for my 60 minutes. Not too shabby for what I recieved. You can try it out for a mere $20 for 30 minutes. I pride myself in supporting our local business, this is definitely one to visit at least once. Again, it’s not for everybody. But it’s a great place for an inexpensive girls day and a great way to support the businesses in the community that we live in.
