I scheduled my appointment for a Friday evening, which was then cancelled the Friday morning. It was rescheduled for the upcoming Sunday. She showed up late and then shorted me 15 minutes. She noted I would get the 15 minutes during the next massage. The first massage was GREAT! So I decided to buy the membership for the monthly massages. I scheduled another the day before my wedding, and again she was late and the extra 15 minutes was not added. Janielle seemed.. off. The room was freezing and the music was R&B, however not exactly relaxing.My third massage was today at 10:30a- I showed up a few minutes early, sent a text to her (from the number she used to reschedule the first appointment) asking if she was still available today, and then left at 10:50a. My card has a pending charge for the massage, however I did cancel my membership. I had an appointment for 11:30am. Janielle had been in touch with me a few times before the appointment so I thought things would run smoothly. I arrived a few minutes early – the sign in the lobby said to wait for the therapist to come out and retrieve you. After 11:45am came and no one had come out, I tried the door to the office – it was locked. I called and got no response. Eventually after a half hour I just left. A few hours later and still no call back.

The owner, Janielle is ridiculously unprofessional. My mother purchased a Groupon for two massages, and we set up an appointment with her, using her online booking tool. When we showed up at our scheduled time, we waited for at least an hour before she came out of the locked door into the vestibule and asked if that was us that keeps calling. We told her we were calling because we had an appointment and thought no one was here since the door was locked and no one seemed to be there. She explained that her appointments had gotten mixed up and she could only fit one of us in that day. We asked if we could reschedule so that we could come together on a different day. She agreed and even wrote a note on one of her cards that said she’d give us a free hot rock massage for our trouble. She asked us to text her to set up the appointment and wrote her phone number on the card as well. Sounds like a plan, right?
