RELAX ! A Therapeutic Massage Studio

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismReally REALLY bad customer service. I arrived 5-10 minutes early for my 9 o’clock appointment but couldn’t figure out where suite 106 was. I wandered around the parking lot for a while. At 9:02, I called. No answer. I left a message. In the subsequent 5-10 minutes, I called 2 or 3 more times. I finally asked someone in one of the neighboring businesses and they pointed me in the right direction and said that this happens all the time. When I got inside, the massage therapist said that since it was 9:12, I had missed my 10 minute grace period and I would have to reschedule and pay a $25 fee. She was not compassionate or understanding or warm at all. She said that she had been waiting for me. When I asked about the phone calls, she said that the manager had the phone and was in session. What?!?!? Later in the day, the manager did call me back. She was pretty rude and defensive on the phone. Not warm or understanding at all. She said that I was out of luck and I should have been there on time and that I’d have to pay the $25 fee. I said no way and I will be getting a refund from Groupon.I can’t speak for the quality of the massages, because I never got that far. But their customer service is really awful. Really REALLY bad customer service. I arrived 5-10 minutes early for my 9 o’clock appointment but couldn’t figure out where suite 106 was. I wandered around the parking lot for a while. Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo my massage got started late because of the people and I still got put out 60 mins after my appointment time….My massage was way too gentle…….I get better at home for free…I will not be returning. People are always trying to get over it’s sad…… also i was charged an extra 20 on top of what I paid for my massage just for being pregnant and for the lady to act like she was scared to touch me smh..

I want to say some of the horror reviews on here are absolutely unwarranted!t people were very friendly very professional and I will absolutely recommend to everybody that I know. Use the Google address and not the address that is on the Groupon and you will not have a problem finding this place! They may not look like a high-end spa but for the price of your service you are getting a deal that is incredible! For people who don’t like to talk to their massage therapist I would simply say that to them instead of hinting if you have a problem it is up to you to mention that problem.Kelly was fantastic and I enjoy speaking to my massage therapist it makes me feel more comfortable. I walked in and no one could be found so I call the manager and get no answer so I leave a message. I wait until 4:15 pm and still get no help from anyone as I am walking out the massage therapist stops me and says she was waiting for me at the door. Critical: ProfessionalismSadly, you get what you pay for. Uncomfortable seating, very light massage after being asked if i wanted light vs deep. expect paperwork and waiting around. Left feeling like i never even got a massage in the first place.
