Critical: Quality, ValueI went before work. This was my first time going. I had pink gel on my nails so I asked them to take the pink polish off, add a clear coat and a nail fix. But there is still pink on my nails and the nail that I needed fix broke again after she just fixed it not even hours later. She took forever but that was my fault for going in before work but don’t just half do my nails. These are the pictures of my nails when my nails broke at work. I work at a clothing store so I don’t do heavy work just walk around and maybe ring people up. This is sad and I am mad. I went before work. This was my first time going. I had pink gel on my nails so I asked them to take the pink polish off, add a clear coat and a nail fix. But there is still pink on my nails and the nail that I needed fix broke again after she just fixed it not even hours later. Critical: Professionalism, Quality1st of all there is no one there that speaks or understands English except a 10 year old or so child. I had to file my nails myself and then they had the nerve to say they wanted to charge $30 for gel Polish after I completed half of the manicure myself. I decided to leave and go somewhere else.
