We consider ourselves to be the premier salon and day spa in this area, offering a wide array of services and spa treatments designed to help you look and feel your absolute best. Each of our skilled professionals are carefully selected, highly trained and encouraged to prefect their craft. Often times in-house education is provided in order to stay on top of industry trends. We pride ourselves on being intent listeners as to what the needs and wishes are for each and every guest. Though consultation we do our level best to deliver an experience which either meets or in most cases exceeds those expectations.

First time I scheduled an appointment was a bit out, ok they’re busy no problem. But then when I showed up for the appointment they had forgotten to actually book me in. 2nd time I had gotten a gift certificate for a package deal. After I could finally get in(door was locked accidentally)lol there was a good flow between services and massage was decent. Facial was ok, some small issues but the end result feels great. The pedicure at the end was not. Chairs super uncomfortable, massage part of chair even on high was pitiful, water too cold, the lighting low and could tell she had a hard time seeing what she was doing and had to keep going back over things and I had to ask to get calluses scraped off. And then checkout….was a gift card for package deal. They tried saying the gift card had only $40 on it, yet was wrote out for package deal that my husband bought. Do not recommend this place!!

Allison did an amazing job on my hair. She asked questions that no other person has ever asked while doing my hair. She gave me a conditioning treatment and a toner. I’ve only gotten a toner one other time and I go blonde often. She kept a great conversation going and offered me water and asked if I needed anything during the whole process. Then she curled my hair perfectly. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. For being young she gets an A plus rating. I will definitely be reaching out to her again and referring her to my friends.

I simply went only because I had a gift certificate. After this wonderful experience I plan to become a regular. First was a pedicure and by far THE BEST, most relaxing, smooth pedi to have been given. Next was a haircut and I felt so confident afterwards. I normally don’t speak much during a haircut and rarely speak up about what I like/don’t like but she made me feel comfortable enough to open up, talk about life, and point out what I wanted different about my hair. I absolutely didn’t want to leave. Everyone was very welcoming.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBad cuts, bad nails, bad massages. I have personally experienced all of these from this salon. The stylists are very unprofessional. Cussing, complaining about everything including other stylists and customers! I’m not sure how they are still in business. There are much better places to get these services done. My entire family has experienced the same disappointment from this salon over the years. We have given them multiple chances thinking maybe it was just bad this time. Or, maybe they are struggling with staff at this time. I have wanted to like this salon, but I just can’t. They do not put customers first, or sometimes at all. very disappointing salon. I had the full day spa treatment. It was great! The staff was kind, friendly. I didn’t have to wait in between for each service. It ran in sync and smoothly. I would recommend this place. Great massage, wonderful facial and beautiful manicure/ pedicure.

I’ve been coming here for several years. I’ve had 2 main stylists over that time and I couldn’t be happier. Amanda is my current stylist and I love how personable she is. I was ready for a huge change from our usual and she was quick to offer great suggestions of what cut would work for me & my hair. She’s also helping me transition from my usual highlights & low lights to my natural color growing in – a process most hairdressers would scoff at but she’s been very helpful with options to help in that. Will definitely keep coming back.

She never even wet my hair down just started chopping away as she was cussing and telling me how mad she was because someone just messed her hair up as she was doing it to me! Well she ended up cutting about 5 inches more off on one side than the other and completely destroyed my hair. Then I message the manager on fb and she says she will call me the following day to let me know what she will do about it, never called I ended up reaching back out to make sure something was done and then she says I’ll mail u a certificate but the stylist was never even spoken to!
