I went here on Tuesday to get my nails done for the beach. While getting my pedicure, they also did my full set while I was sitting in the pedicure chair which I didn’t mind. But, the lady doing my manicure made my cuticles bleed so bad. On top of that, the lady doing my pedicure did something to my big toe on my right foot and now I have a slight infection. What made things even worse, the next day I checked my bank account and they charged me 200 dollars more than what I signed on the receipt for!! This use to be one of my favorite places to go but I will not be returning.

Got my nails done (full set) it was super rushed. She did it in about 20 minutes. My nails don’t match length on both hands, the tips don’t blend well with my natural nail. She rushed on the shape. Nice lady but kind of demanding as far as how to pay (not really sure how they came up with the price) Place is also very run down and dirty

When they tried to remove my “ingrown toenail” it caused my nail to become ingrown and infected. I would not allow my dog to get a pedicure in this spa. The service was rushed and the “deluxe” would be called a basic anywhere else. We definitely won’t be returning! Pedicure

Went to have my SNS dip removed and instead of soaking it off, THE OWNER ripped it off with nail clippers to the point I was pulling my hand away in pain. My natural nails were stripped, sore and had to be cut down short due to the brittleness. I’ve tried giving this place multiple chances and have never had a good experience. This was the final chance.

This place is overpriced and service is poor! The man used a drimmel instead of soaking gel off and drilled my nails down paper thin. Two days later one of my nails tore below the quick . On top of that, the color I asked for looked light which I pointed out after he did the first hand and he said it would look better after the second coat. The color was lipstick. It ended up looking yellow on my nail bed and pink at the tips. Maybe they thinned out the polish with something?? I went somewhere else 2 days later and had them done professionally!!! I will never go back. Wish I would have looked at the reviews first.

I’m not usually someone who gives reviews of places but I could not help but share my experience here. I do understand that businesses have had a difficult past couple of years due to Covid-19, but the service I received today was inexcusable. I came in on a Saturday around 10:30am and requested a pedicure & gel manicure and was immediately taken to a chair prefilled with lukewarm water, which I have never had happen before. My manicure was completed while I was sitting at the pedicure chair in about 15-20 minutes. (I have no problem with this type of manicure at all, as I have had several amazing experiences from other salons) My nails were barely filed, buffed, etc. and the “massage” was a joke. Meanwhile, my “deluxe” pedicure was extremely rushed and rough. The hot stones literally burned my legs and the massage portion was around 1 minute long. I was left to soak my feet in the callus remover gel bag things for longer than the entire pedicure lasted, which my technician barely removed the residue (with a scorching hot towel). At this point I was just ready to have my toes painted so I could leave! I also should have taken into account the lack of business they were getting on a Saturday as well as read their most recent reviews. I’m not sure if this salon is under new management, but I have been several times in the past and have never had any issues. I’m confident this was my last visit at this salon!

On 4/5/2022 my girlfriend and I got manicures. I just got a clear coat and she got extensions and color. I paid $100, added a $20 tip to the debit card and gave another $20 cash tip. Pricey, but whatever, they did a good job. I check my bank account and my card was charged $300. Not a hold, not pending, charged. I called the salon, and they told me they would fix it, and not to worry about it. Haven’t heard back since.

My teenage daughter and her friend had pedicures here yesterday. They both have a lot of experience getting their nails done but wanted to have them done while they were at Bridge Street. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Among many things they were rude, used skin shavers, and did poor quality of work. They started chipping yesterday and today look awful. They would not take my daughter’s credit card and only accepted cash app, Venmo or cash.

Critical: QualityI asked to soak the acrylic off instead of using a tip to pull them off…she just kept flipping them off as if I wasn’t talking. Almost every cuticle was bleeding by the time I left. Also charged me 20 more than my usual salon…my mistake I will never be back. I don’t even get tips just overlay. Oh and no I didn’t ask for them this short I was just so frustrated at this point I wanted to leave.Services: Facial treatments, Acrylic nailsI asked to soak the acrylic off instead of using a tip to pull them off…she just kept flipping them off as if I wasn’t talking. Terrible service and overpriced. The woman who gave me a pedicure didn’t bother helping me get my stuff or get out of the chair after a pedicure and I ended up smudging one of my toes. She gave a huff and said she didn’t have time. I told her she was getting paid. She then proceeded to leave me waiting at her station for half an hour and went to paint another womans nails and toes while she sat in the pedicure chair. The cherry on the cake is this woman proceeds to cut my pinky nail without asking if I wanted my nails cut which I didn’t so she had to put a tip on. I don’t like tips as I have natural, long nails. Nails are pretty but I won’t be back. Oh, and they will outright demand a tip. She doesn’t deserve one, trust me.
