Kind customer focus. Prescribed 1 IPL treatment to remove brown spots from sun damage. 1 didn’t get results. Ended up with a total of 3 treatments at $900 total. Brown spots untouched.

Love the staff and services provided at Rejuvenate they are Awesome! I actually have used both locations for services. I drive over and hour for the Franklin office and over 2 for the Asheville office and it’s worth it. I have had Botox to laser treatments on my face and neck from severe scars with excellent results. I also did my due diligence and research about everything I was having done. I sometimes get very upset when I see some of the reviews. People are mad because their estimate of treatments are sometimes more. Well it’s because it’s an estimate. They don’t have X-ray eyes and can’t tell you how damaged each layer of your skin may be. Tattoos that’s another one I could talk about come on people really? Now anyone who has had a tattoo knows each artist is different. You might get one who is heavy handed and one who’s is not which makes a difference. Now let’s add the years of sun damage to that scenario on top of your tattoo. Then let’s think are you getting one removed that’s 3 years old or one that’s been on your body for 30 years. It makes a huge difference. Then there’s the fact that not everyone skin is the same. Some peoples skin feels like leather and then you have people with paper thin skin. Not everyone is the same and not everyone is going to have the same results it’s like that with anything. I know they explained everything to me gave me my estimates and never pressured me into anything. I was told If I had any questions about anything they were there to help and answer them for me. I will say again do your part too and research and understand what you are having done. It’s no different then buying a house, land, or a car. You research that to make sure it’s what you want. I received second degree burns all across my chest from an IPL laser treatment at the Franklin office almost 5 years ago. My chest is still discolored. It has been so embarrassing and emotionally exhausting. We spoke prior to the treatment and discussed my skin and what constitutes sun exposure but I was still blamed for the burn. The ladies were originally very nice, apologetic, and said they were surprised it happened. I do believe they were sorry and wanted to fix it. Unfortunately, they tried several things to soothe and fix my discolored skin at their cost until they tried another IPL with the same settings and I ended up with another burn/blister that was very small but still a second injury. After that, I consulted my dermatologist and advised to receive treatment elsewhere. I requested that they help cover just some of the cost which has added up to be thousands out of my pocket and still counting, to which they repeatedly ignored me. I finally received one email when I made them aware I was meeting with an attorney and going to leave an honest review. I know the burn was not intentional but I was left with the damaged, discolored skin and financial responsibility because I was unwilling to allow the same people that caused the burns to continue treating me.

Went for a consultation for laser tattoo removal and was quoted an estimated 3 to 4 treatments for the removal at $200 a pop. Decided to go forth with it and ELEVEN laser tattoo removal treatments later, the tattoo is still VERY visible!! Actually there hasn’t been ANY change since the third treatment. They ended up giving one free treatment because they admitted that the person operating the laser machine “may not have been using the proper setting.” There should be a cap on such treatments, Especially when you are quoted $600 to $800 and it was TRIPLE that and received NO benefits past three first three treatments!!! When asked to speak to the owner, to discuss services rendered, Dr Ritter would not even have the audacity to talk to me when I called numerous times or call me back! I had to relay all my messages through the receptionist. Dr Ritter, (per the receptionist) (who was at the Franklin office) tried to tell us we had only spent $1,200 and had only gone six sessions where the Asheville office VERIFIED while we were there that we had been there for 11 visits and were actually there for the 12TH!!! Don’t waste your money at this crooked establishment!!! I can’t stand being taken for a ride!!

I’ve been waiting for Rejuvenate Laser Center to open its doors. Today I had Botox injections (glabella and crows feet). I got 25 PAINLESS injections. Dr. Ritter has a magical technique with the needle. The procedure took only 15 minutes and I could not be any happier and pleased with the whole experience. And they accept American Express. Being that they’re located in Franklin, NC, the per-unit cost is on the low end of the typical scale. I am a very happy client and I’ll be back.
