I have mixed feelings after being a patient for several years. I definitely love my practitioner Stacy Head and the services she provides. She does a very competent job and takes time to listen and answer questions. Unfortunately the practice itself does not appear to be very well managed. The turnover among staff is huge, they appear to be frequently short staffed, and the telephones are totally mismanaged. Several medical practices in the building share a single receptionist who seems totally overwhelmed and cannot handle the call volume So it goes to voicemail and so many messages pile up that it takes many days for anyone to call you back and you usually end up leaving many frustrating messages until someone finally calls but it is practically impossible to get through. If it weren’t for that I think their patients would be much happier.

Let me start by saying a few staff members were wonderful. I had MiraDry and the people involved were great. However the receptionists were the worst I’ve experienced anywhere. Between Tuesday and Friday I had to call 18 times and leave messages to get to talk to someone. I was uninformed on any pre op instructions until the day before my procedure, luckily I followed a guide online. A front desk lady scheduled me two months later when I was unaware of having a 30 day window between a consultation and procedure … so I almost had to reschedule the day before. I was also told I could pay in full on the day of, but no other staff member was informed of that so I almost lost my appointment space. Today I have a concern and have called 4 times but haven’t had any luck with anyone answering the phone. The few people who worked with me and were able to let me keep my appointment, thank you so much. The office needs better communication and a way to get ahold of someone over the phone.

I had Miradry done here last month, and I couldn’t be happier. This is the only place I know in town who offers Miradry for underarm sweat. Stacy Head was super nice and did a wonderful job. I would come back here!

Rejuve Medical Spa has some of the nicest, most caring staff I have ever met. I had many questions about the MiraDry procedure, and they were able to answer them all in a way that made me feel very comfortable and confident in the process. I must say, MiraDry has changed my life! I would recommend it to every person on the planet that sweats through their shirts. Trust me, this place and these people are TOP NOTCH. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve suffered from hyperhidroses since the beginning of my teen years and it drastically altered the way I lived life. Any social event, including school and work, I constantly worried about people noticing my pit stains. I went to all the extremes to keep it hidden and eventually just stopped going out altogether because I was so embarrassed by it. I tried prescription strength DrySol antiperspirant and not only did it not work, it was uncomfortable to wear. I thought my only option was surgery that normally costs over $10,000 until I found MiraDry. This procedure was so much more realistic financially that I decided to give it a try. I could not be more happy about my decision. Now a little over a month since the procedure, I haven’t sweat under my arms one single time and it’s like I’ve finally been allowed to live. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from hyperhidrosis, I know how to difficult it can be to live with.
