Rejuve salon is an excellent Aveda salon that I frequent. Katie Ackers is an excellent stylist and I also enjoyed my blowout and style with Katie Templeton today. I have given them a lot of business in the recent past and have 3 appointments coming up by the end of August. For the first time today I was running about 15 mins late. The girl checking me in at the front desk was ridiculously rude. My service was scheduled for 1 hour 15 mins and I knew that it would not take more than 30-40 mins max. That’s what happened and no one was late because of me. I would expect better treatment for repeat and regular customers in the future. While this left a bad taste in my mouth, I have nothing but good things to say about the stylists.

I’ve been coming to this salon/spa for years and absolutely love it! One of the services I’ve received here that isn’t listed is Lash Lift & Tinting, and every service I’ve received here has been fantastic. I’ve been seeing Hether for my hair for the last few years; she works hard to make sure we’re on the same page for what I want at each appointment, and she provides photos and recommendations when I’m uncertain which helps me so much.

DO NOT GO HERE. I did Keratherapy treatment and it is total waste of money and time. When I scheduled my appointment they said they are charging me 250$ for my hair length, after procedure they charged me 300$. Until I ask them they didn’t even tell me they are charging me more.

Paid for a balayage and I got streaky chunky highlights. When speaking with the manager she didn’t seem to care about the situation. They didn’t look into the problem for 2 days after being frequently texted about updates. They offered a solution but by the time they contacted me I had already gone to have my hair fixed elsewhere.The manager seemed to have little to no experience with customer service very disappointed will not be returning here again.

She’s a natural at what she does and you can tell she is very passionate about the industry! Really nice salon! My 10 year old daughter and I have visited several times. All staff and stylists are very professional and helpful!
