I tried multiple times to make an appointment. Nobody answered the actual phone when I called. Later, I did receive a random text back from their number asking “who is this?” I was trying to reschedule for a facial they cancelled on me. Via text they said they are not taking in new clients until a few more months. It’s fine if they are heavily booked, but they do not communicate well and cancelled on me initially. It would be nice if they had some effective communication skills and had an employee to actually answer the phone. I would prefer to go to a place that has better communication style when booking a basic facial appointment.
