I am scarred for life because I was BURNED during my first ever laser hair removal treatment experience. I asked all the right questions (I thought / did research) questioning how safe the laser was for my skin type etc. however, the technician rushed, was careless, and obviously inexperienced and there was No Dr. on site. Rejuve never addressed me getting burned (by their carelessness) more than finding out about my burns when they attempted to book a second appointment.
