The salon itself is beautiful and my nails turned out pretty well but all of the staff were so unwelcoming and unfriendly. My nail tech was even downright rude, trying to tell me it was my fault that she was cutting into my cuticle making me bleed. No one spoke to me outside of rudely telling me I was doing things wrong (holding my hand wrong, trying to figure out what color I wanted, etc). I tried to tell them when I got there that I didn’t do this often and I apologized in advance because I knew I was going to be a little hard to work with since I didn’t know the terms for anything but I had a picture that I liked. They made me feel stupid and like an inconvenience the whole time I was there and it was not a relaxing experience at all. Again, my nails turned out well so they’re clearly competent, just not very kind.

Happy to see this place re-open in City Market. My nail technician was very good and did a great job on my pedicure. The staff isn’t super friendly though and the place lacks ambiance. My pedicure was also $55 which I found expensive

I’ve been seeing Cam regularly now for almost a year. The salon is gorgeous and always clean and Cam is fun to talk to. I regularly get the amethyst pedi and have recently graduated from powder coat on my natural nails to acrylics with gel polish. My nails always get complements and have never looked better. I appreciate that the salon is a calming and relaxing experience. I always look forward to my appointments and recommend getting the Reign cuticle oil for home maintenance. Smells like heaven.

Had an amazing experience at Reign this evening! It was my first time there and even my fiance commented “they did a great job!” when I came home and showed him my nails. I got a regular mani/pedi and the nail shape and color are just beautiful. They were super patient and did not rush any part of the process. Offering a beverage was a nice touch as well – cheers!
