MANDATORY/MINIMUM TIP of 10$ for a 45$ massage, which is fine but they left burns on my skin because of lack of oil. As I was leaving I was giving a 8$ tip but the masseur asked if my massage went well. Obviously I was being polite and said yes it was good. Then they demanded the 10$ tip, which shows the integrity of this place. Never again there are plenty of other spas around here.

Great and affordable massages! Chairs are comfortable and their foot massages are awesome. If you like someone, remember to get their name for next time. The vibe is as good as a basic NY spa but it works if you’re a regular. Do not expect an escape from reality like a luxury spa because the place is a bit small and always busy.

Coming for years. Even with the price rise due to Covid, I have been a loyal customer. Recently I decided to use a different masseuse (I’ve had her before). At the end during payment, she noticed that I usually go to someone else and told me )in front of 3 other people) loudly and repetitively that next time I come, I only see my usual masseuse. It didn’t sit with me well because it was unkind and rude the way she said it. I felt so humiliated that I was rushing out. The only thing different about this massage is that I asked for more on my back and to be strong. I guess she didn’t like it because it seemed like she was a bit offended that I didn’t want ti flip over or get massaged on my head or use hot stone etc.

Fairly priced and very clean. Staff is very nice and do a great job. Prices are fair as well and metered parking could be found all around. Just a heads up but make sure to convey you want the strength of the massage, seriously, a strong massage will leave you worn out.

My husband and I came in for 90 mins massage with 75 mins deep cleaning facial. I had told the receptionist to convey the message of what type of massage we wanted and also reiterated to the therapists but it was not taken into consideration properly. Both of us found out we had bruises all over our body when we got home as we both had complains of body aches. We had to take Aleve to overcome the body aches. We still feel like someone beat us up really bad. My husband kept on telling the male therapist to cut down on the intensity of the massage, he acknowledged, but didn’t change it. My therapist was okay. The facial we got was not worth the money. I know how to do facial myself, lots of steps were missed and they were using warm water to clean the face which left both my husband and my pores wide open. Wherever I’ve been to for a facial whether it’s summer or winter they use cold water to close the pores. The facial steamer was barely used for 5 minutes. My husband complained to me about feeling sore on the face and when I looked at his face under the light his face had all red bruises marks, definitely not common when getting a facial done. Not going back to this place ever again.
