I went in wanting to go from medium brown to a blonde that matched my daughter. Bobbi was my stylist and she did such a fantastic job! I have long hair and even though it’s fine, I have a lot of it. She was so patient and very easy to talk to. Other places I’ve gone to have still left my root color in when getting highlights but everything blends so beautifully now. I was nervous about the change, but I absolutely love my hair! She gave great advice and tips on how to maintain my hair, will definitely be going back!!

I went in and asked for ombré on my long hair. I’m pretty sure the girl there thought she was doing highlight or something but she really made my hair look ugly. I could of honestly done it so much better at home. Also I did spend just under $300!! I’m very disappointed and just hate my hair now. Plus she ended up cutting 4 inches off my hair. My hair was not fried or damaged because we didn’t even go lighter hardly at all with my hair. I do not recommend this place at all. Plus I asked for a specific haircut after the color and she cut it straight across in the back. Will not be going back at all! Not worth $300..for a bad color and cut.

Service is inconsistent. Some stylists are great. Others are terrible. For example, my son tried to explain how he wanted his hair cut, and his stylist ignored him. When he told her she wasn’t listening to him, she refused to finish cutting his hair. Granted, my son is still learning tact—but he’s 10, and this woman is an adult. Fortunately, after my husband spoke to another stylist, she finished the job. Unfortunately, the previous stylist cut his hair way shorter than requested. My son left feeling confused and deflated—and with a haircut he hated. We’re never going back.

Regis has a new manager and is a lot better now. The girls are very friendly and do a good job. Raylin cut my hair last time and she was very fast and was right on with the picture I took in. She gave good advice for what to use on my hair to help with the texture. Bobbie is also really good. I really like going there since it is close to my house and they don’t charge too much for my budget.

I would say Fair. They did my hair great!! However, they price gouge like crazy! I heard the manager saying to the stylists over and over ‘Next time, 20$ for flat iron or blow dry’ “your price is too low” few the stylist would pull her aside and talk to her about it, but she would still say comments in front of customers. Not to mention, she had said to me a few times “well I am booked up by weeks, other girls stay busy ..” how rude and unacceptable! None of this should be spoken in front of other customers. :/

Took my 6 year old boy in and told the lady what we wanted. She didn’t listen to what we wanted and did her own thing. She then charged us the price of a full grown man with shampo and blow dry. The lady barely used the squirt bottle on my son. We got charged $30 for a hair cut that isn’t what we asked for

Bobbi is the best! I had several hair catastrophes at Elements and Bobbi was able to nurse my hair back to health. She will tell you like it is when it comes to your hair, so if she says its going to take a few sessions, its going to take a few sessions. That’s so you don’t destroy your hair!

If you are looking for QUALITY haircut for mens hair this is the place in to go in Fairbanks! I love how they take real good time to buzz my hair to perfection and they are really friendly. Don’t go to the local barber shops because they will rush and leave your hair uneven like mines did. I’ll be coming back here when I’m in town 🙂
