My first experience was horrible, I went for a blowout, I waited 20 mins for my turn. I washed my hair and got there so hair wash was not needed. Than the hairstylist says she do not have much time to get the look i asked for. She said she can do curls, at the end my hair was the same as i had before with no difference. They charged me $64. I was super disappointed with their service. Never going back and not recommending to anyone.

My Mother got her hair cut by Erin. Worst hair cut in her 60+ years of getting her hair cut. She showed pictures of what she had had in the past. Talked about what she wanted and what she did not want and ended up with a fuzz ball of chopped hair. It couldn’t have been worse. Shaving her head would be an improvement. Never getting near a Regis salon again
