Super nice stylist, but brutalized my scalp during a hair wash and simple trim. Very raw, sore scalp now with tender areas and broken skin.Twisted my hair up on one side so hard, it hurt. During the wash, rubbed so hard using fingernails very roughly. Combing out the hair, when there was a knot, just kept pulling hard on the knot (and scalp). When I said something, was ignored. I will never again visit this place. Consumer beware.
