Debbie L. is a very talented and an experienced stylist. She is a true artist! She colors my grey beautifully and my highlights are just gorgeous! Debbie always accommodates my wishes and my haircut turns out even better than what I had expected! She gives me great tips on how to style my hair too. I am so pleased with Debbie L! She cuts so well that even when it grows out, it’s still beautiful. If you are looking for a stylist, you must ask for Debbie L! The rest of the staff are so friendly too! Critical: QualityI showed a picture of how I wanted my hair. Literally doesn’t look much different than when I came in. Soaked my shirt when she was washing it and honestly I feel like I paid 140 dollars for them to straighten my hair. Absolutely unsatisfied. I hate it and I’m about to box dye it myself. Soaked my shirt when she was washing it and honestly I feel like I paid 140 dollars for them to straighten my hair. Absolutely unsatisfied. I hate it and I’m about to box dye it myself. Critical: ProfessionalismI called yesterday to make an appointment for today for me and my husband, to have our hair cut at the same time with 2 different stylists. I get there 10 min to check in and they tell me my appointment is for next Sunday! Then I tell them to check my husbands appointment & he is scheduled for next week too! Omg is it hard to schedule us correctly for day and time we ask for our stylist when we ask for their availability? More worse it was the Assistant Mgr who scheduled us wrong! Now your haircuts are $57 plus $3.95 charge due to COVID, Really! We have to pay extra for COVID charges when you can’t even schedule us correctly, esp. since we can’t do walk ins? For the price and Really Bad service & the reception boy telling me no MGR or assistant MGR is working today!! He tries to accommodate me for 1.5 hr and my husband no one to take him?! You lost 2 customers and I will NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN! Other salons can cut your hair just as good & for 1/2 price with no COVID SERVICE CHARGE! I’ve just left this salon and I’m sad to say that when I walked in I felt so uncomfortable. Now why would I feel uncomfortable? If you guessed that I’m a women of color you are correct. Everyone just stared at me like I didn’t belong there. The story doesn’t end there. When I got to my stylist she didn’t have enough time to do my hair so she let me know that she could start and someone else could finish, and to add the cherry on top she went on to say that in plus with everything you’re getting it could be 45 for the cut, 40 for the deep condition and so on and so forth. Even though I never asked for the price but my interpretation was that I couldn’t afford it. I felt so awful leaving this place, the worst that I’ve ever felt in my life.
