Walked in to get a hair cut. She had no one in there. She said she couldn’t cut my hair because she was waiting on a gentleman who comes in every Friday to get a hair cut. She had been waiting for him to show up for over an hour and a half and would not take any other customers until he showed up. I understand taking of your regulars but to turn people away until he shows is ridiculous and rude.

I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before I went to this place. I might not have gone. And that would have been my loss. I stopped by earlier today (dressed in denim shorts, soft tee and flip flops) and asked about a cut for my longish hair. My husband and I are traveling around the country in our RV and it’s a little nerve-wracking having a stranger cut it. The young woman at the front desk was very sweet to me and Brittney came and set an appointment for later today. I only waited about 3 minutes to be seen and Brittney did a great job. She was personable and professional and my raggedy, split ends are now history. Thank you for a great experience. The price for a wash, cut, blowout and style with curling iron was $38.00. More than reasonable!

Have to say I’m very disappointed in my outcome. I spent a total of $277 plus 25% tip which isn’t my issue at all. New to town & I put my full trust in Brenna to simply balayage my hair. First appointment my hair toned way too dark, even darker than the blonde I had before. Keeping my hopes high for the next appointment, I enjoyed the color but there were blotchy, uneven spaces on top. Very unattractive, if I wouldn’t have said anything she would have let me go. I came back to get it fixed later & the issue remained. Came back two days later & got help from another stylist who tried her hardest but couldn’t fix it. Unhappy with the results but shouldn’t be much to fix somewhere else. Service was excellent & friendly but the care & passion isn’t there. Maybe a little ammeter as well. Could have gotten this done at a beauty school for half price & same outcome.

Had a horrible experience with a young gal named jakelyn m. She turned my blond hair orange at first then had to fix it. Left me under the dryer left the store and it was burning me. Then was pulling out my hair while trying to brush it out. I ended up telling her to just stop I didn’t need a cut and I didn’t let her finish blowdrying my hair. Left with half my hair wet.

I had the best experience today! I went in there nervous about getting my hair cut it was all the way down to my lower back. I had “Chelsea” cut my hair and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and happy with the final result! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone! I will be coming to Regis Salon from now on.

Very rude customer service. Asked for more layers in my hair, semi long bangs on both sides and a trim…. only got a trim and VERY uneven and choppy “bangs”. She didn’t even try to blend or fade the unevenness she just tried to curl it and just told me it won’t look so bad and uneven once it’s styled. Honestly should’ve just had my 2 year old son cut my hair…. he would’ve done a better and more even job. WAAAAAYYYY over priced for the literal 4 minutes it took her to do my hair. My husband even got his hair cut here with the same girl and she did a terrible choppy job on his basic men’s cut too. Dont have Emily do it!

I went here twice once for a color another for a cut. My first experience was great.. my second not so much. Telling customers that one stylists makes more money the other isnt appropriate and all because of “experience.” If one person charges an amount for a haircut so should the other stylist. I havent been back since.

Went here to get a simple trim on my layers. ended up with layers in the back and nothing done to the front. I also now have a half inch of hair that points straight up on the side of my head due to her careless cutting. She straightened it after without asking me, possibly to hide her mistake? Not sure what she thought she was doing. She was nice but niceness doesn’t make up for my crappy hair cut. Never going again.
