Critical: ProfessionalismMy daughter’s stylist left suddenly. When asked to reschedule, I asked if there was someone skilled with cutting VERY curly natural Black girl (kids) hair. The stylist said she was and I made the appointment for a wash, straighten, and trim for my child. 3 hours later it was no where near complete. It was evident that the stylist did NOT have experience with natural hair. I have learned an important lesson that I will ONLY take other Black women’s word for the skills of the stylist. My daughter’s stylist left suddenly. When asked to reschedule, I asked if there was someone skilled with cutting VERY curly natural Black girl (kids) hair. The stylist said she was and I made the appointment for a wash, straighten, and trim for my child. 3 hours later it was no where near complete. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a customer of Regis at meridian for years and have never had this terrible of an experience.I paid for a cut, style with hi/lo lites. I got one solid color and a scalp so full of product I spent an hour…no joke… brushing super thick product out of my hair….also she used a hot iron and left multiple fold marks…..all this took whopping 4 hours! It’s a terrible result. I have been a customer of Regis at meridian for years and have never had this terrible of an experience.

Critical: ProfessionalismI give this hair salon a 1 star rating because they messed up my mom’s hair really bad. One side is layered and the other side is not, cut her hair 2 inches shorter than what she wanted, and one side of her hair was chopped in a straight line while the other was rounded. She came out that salon crying because they didn’t do her hair right and I hate seeing my mom cry. I give this hair salon a 1 star rating because they messed up my mom’s hair really bad. One side is layered and the other side is not, cut her hair 2 inches shorter than what she wanted, and one side of her hair was chopped in a straight line while the other was rounded. She came out that salon crying because they didn’t do her hair right and I hate seeing my mom cry.
