Was excited to find this salon in Pier park that took walks in customers per signs in doors due to daughter wanting a last minute hair cut before starting middle school. Unfortunately I would highly recommend they take that off their doors as we were told they do more appointments than walk ins and despite one staff member literally just walking around doing nothing both times we walked by they refused to take her as a walk in. This woman was not friendly at all and didn’t appear eager to do any business. Let them know it was a very bad first impression and she didn’t care and walked off. Also when asking how much it would cost to have her hair layered we were informed it depended on who cut her hair and couldn’t give a definite price but offered appointment for later Saturday. Why would I schedule to drive back an hour away when it could be done then and you can’t even tell me how much it will cost. Hope it’s better when other staff are there. Oh and to make clear it was 7pm and they don’t close until 9pm. Had plenty of time just didn’t want to be bothered. Really upset my daughter.

I was early but it didn’t make any difference the wait was worth it and the cost compared to the amount of time spent on my head was great! Sincerely, CB!

I was really excited to get my hair done but unfortunately I did not have very good results… I went in for a balyage (sp?) hair color and trim. The stylist assured me she had done hair for 30+ years and they were a premiere salon. 4 hours later I had a color melt instead of ballyage and it looked nothing like I requested. I was upset but I am very low conflict I have always had severe social anxiety, we left and my mom ended up calling to tell them I wasn’t happy with it. They were very nice and told me to come back and they would fix it no problem. I went back in and they gave me the same stylist she said she would fix it fast forward 4 hours later I got another color melt in a darker shade. Not to get me wrong the color is ok in general but it is nothing like what I asked for. Which is disheartening after 8 hours and $200! To add insult to injury I got the worst haircut I’ve ever had. The manager contacted us and the only explaination was that I came on a Sunday and they have varying skill levels and Sunday is a slow day so they might not have had the best stylists working. I suppose it’s a lesson learned just is a bummer I paid for a $200 premiere salon cut and color and walked out with a $40 Walmart special.

Let me just say Tracy is a LIFE SAVER. I called and she got me in within FIVE MINUTES, worked me in between her other two clients to de-dread my hair. I had went scuba diving and my extensions matted to my real hair and I was in devastation. Tracy is awesome!!!! It too hours and she only charged me 30 dollars for everything, highly recommended!

Emily Hanner is a life saver. I came in with my hair being 10 different colors and damaged from all of the bleach and she fixed it to be a nice balayage ombre I have been trying to get for the last 6 months. The before and after photos are stunning. Also, she was very great to talk to during the process. I wish she could be my hair stylist back home!

I have blonde hair and no one in PCB FL could get my roots done properly except Christy at Regis Salon at Pier Park. She got my roots the very first time. And, the haircut was great. I would highly recommend Christy to anyone in the Panama City Beach area and beyond!
