I went for my final Skin Pen treatment and was promptly and warmly greeted by Taylor Nichols at the front desk. She had my folder and products to take home already set aside once I checked out. Soon afterward, Courtney Stovall introduced herself to me. She was going to take care of my skin. Although it was our first meeting, I immediately trusted her. She was thorough in her explanations before, during, and after treatment. I felt no pain during the procedure and I appreciate that she was more “aggressive” with my face. She explained in detail why her approach was better for me.

Taylor is always so sweet at the front desk and Courtney does a great job! She is able to answer all my questions and is honest and upfront before every procedure. I hadn’t had a facial with extractions in a very long time and she recommended it after I visited her for an IPL treatment, and I’m so glad she did because my face has never looked better! I will be back for more facials and I plan to get a fraxel laser treatment with Courtney, too.
