Always satisfied when i leave here, Reggie is great with kids very patient & knows exactly how to handle a nervous child and works with them when they fall asleep on him while cutting thier hair! I love that i can make an appt and actually not have to wait at all once I get there…. Always my first choice. Thank you for always making our visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend Reggie’s!

I called ahead to verify if there was a long wait. They wasn’t so I dropped in. I’ve been getting cleaned up by Sal’s for a long time and Sal and his Barber’s do excellent work. For those that complain about wait time just call ahead and plan accordingly. They spend quality time on each customer and clean you up to your exact expectations. These barbers work hard so don’t forget to show appreciation and tip!

If I could leave no stars I would. Been going here for about 2 years. They have been ok..not the best customer service to me but most of them do a decent job on a fade. Needless to say I get my 3 boys haircut every few weeks by them. Prices constantly change. What u pay will be a guessing game. Was already growing tired of that. Well today was the last straw. After waiting for about 30-40 minutes a customer who clearly came in after us was taken before one of my boys. The manager then comes over and decides to offer an explanation and says the barber who was open wont take your son due to “back problems” because he has to bend to cut a child’s hair. What?!!!! Now mind you I am an RN and by definition who with back problems can stand all day to cut hair. This guy has cut my children’s hair a few times before. A bit strange. By this time it’s been about 45 minutes and my remaining son who is preschool age is out of patience. The excuse sounded phony and like a refusal to cut my son’s hair. After this poor treatment I tell them I’m just going to do just two haircuts today and not do my 3rd son. The manager comes to ring me up. I let him know I wasn’t buying the excuse of the barbers back problems due to his job role, he then snaps and rudely says I can’t control who my barbers choose to take which to me confirms he just didn’t want to cut my child’s hair today. He was very rude and defended the barbers mistreatment of my sons. I then told him that was poor customer service and I wont be back. That seemed to strike him so he then says I wont charge you. Which was not what I was looking for, just equal and fair treatment. I proceed to leave then the barber with “back problems” runs after me to my car I guess to excuse away his refusal to cut my sons hair. Awkward! I drove away not wanting to hear any of it. You can’t go back on that. This was the most strange weird rude experience I have ever had as a paying customer. I wont be returning. I dont feel this place is very kid friendly I’m glad they ran me off. So many barbers iy shouldn’t be this hard to spend your money. That whole place could use some sensitivity lessons. Wow!!

Waited for about an hour just so some friend of a barber can jump into the seat. I left the place, the guy came outside and told me he works by appointment on Thursdays. Wish somebody would have communicated before I wasted an hour after work. So done with this place, had been a customer for over 3 years.

Bathroom is a Mess…i love my hair dresser but there restroom needs to be gutted out and remodeled. On Saturday December10, 2016 at about 4 or 5 i went to bathroom with my walker and my wound vac at my side and slipped on hair and water fell right on toilet seat and hit it so hard that i cracked the toilet seat….there bathroom is not only unsanitary but its unsafe and not handicapped accessible…im already down and fall so Hard i broke the toilet seat…i hate that no one even tried to check on….
