I came to Terri and Regenesis Skin Studio to learn about microneedling for age management. I am an Esthetician myself and was thrilled with my treatments. The office space is so beautifully decorated and appointed, I immediately felt comfortable. Terri’s knowledge of skincare and her protocols/modalities is impressive to say the least. The icing on the cake is the attention to detail that goes into the services she provides, every measure is taken to be through and nothing is left to do. So complete, so wonderful, so professional. This is a very overdue review as I’ve seen Terri for almost 10 years. She has the most advanced equipment and the knowledge to back it. She’ll only recommend treatments that you need and will tell you if she doesn’t think you’d benefit from a specific treatment. I’m the type who will circle every skin concern and she has helped me in all areas, most specifically scarring and uneven skin tone. Her results are simply amazing!! Aside from being wonderful in her profession, she is extremely kind and lots of fun! (She’s also never asked for a review but definitely deserved one…and I’ve never written a review, ever).

Beware!! This business owner is completely unprofessional and rude. I called to cancel my appointment (yes it was short notice) today due to being sick with a contagious airborne virus – strep throat. She has the audacity to ask me if I knew I was sick yesterday and why I didn’t cancel sooner. I get that ideally she would want a longer notice. However, I felt fine yesterday and went to urgent care on my lunch today for the sore throat and got the diagnosis. She got snotty with me on the phone, even after explaining all of this (when she should be thanking me for not spreading my germs) and completely lost my business. Bottom line – She *might* be good at skincare, but she IS NOT professional.
