I recently went to Regenerate spa to have fillers around my mouth. Unfortunately it didn’t do what I expected. When I walked out, I looked nice and plumped. The next day the fillers didn’t seem to have worked on me. I called and told them about it. While I was there the lady who worked on me, told me that one syringe was enough for me,.since my lines weren’t too deep. When I called she told me that the only way to fix the problem was to have two more syringes which was triple the money that they advertised.. I was very unhappy with the solution. I will never go back there. And for sure will not recommend it to my friends!

I made an appt for Botox and an hour before my appt, they cancel. We were told our nurse had a family emergency and couldn’t make it. We hesitated to make another appt, but we did against our better judgement. This time we got a 2 hour notice before they canceled on us again. Once again, we reschedule. We wanted the cheaper prices. Mistake. They cancelled a third time on the day of the appt. It’s no wonder their prices are much cheaper than anywhere else. They’ve showed their professionalism and I will not be working with this company ever.
