I spent $100 on a full set and a pedicure and this is what my nails looked like the day after I got them done!! So I was leaving on a trip and wanted to get my nails done before I left. I brought a photo of what I want done to my nails and I even told the lady over and over again I want my nails to look very natural and I don’t like my nails very wide and squared shape and she did exactly what I didn’t want. My toes didn’t look very good either! So when I called to get my nails fixed because I didn’t like it the lady was extremely rude to me and argued with me and then told me she was too busy to fix it!! I will never return and I’ve been going their since I was in high-school

This nail salon sucks! Customer service is zero! My gel nails are coming apart after 5 days! I wish I had read previous comments! I’m not going back even to fix because I’m upset and unfortunately I lost my $! I used this salon with my middle name not my first and different phone number because I was not comfortable due to their singing system even wanting to know your date of birth! How can other ladies use this business is beyond me! I’m new to the area and trying to find me a good place but definitely not going back!

Wife not happy! Took her there but after 4 days she was so upset especially paying $$ to do her nails for vacation and they looked terrible as a color bleed that’s how she’s describing it! I couldn’t see her that upset on vacation so we had the hotel nail salon redo everything so I can see her smile but we paid 2x as much because it was vacation spot pricing! Zero stars! She believes their products sucks and probably they will never change it! Read other bad reviews to her and she was not surprised!

Runnnnn! Do not use this place! Expensive compared to others and quality of the work is very bad! It’s sad to say this but I don’t know what’s with them! I truly believe the products are cheap! When it comes to doing nails or any beauty related services the quality of the products is extremely important! I’m never ever coming back again! Full set was dull and fading after 7 days and French toes the paint was chipping off! Other bad reviews are saying they had same problem so we are not the only ones! Owner need to do something about this! They fixed it but stil I don’t recommend because they were angry at their bad job! I still think the same will happen in few days! I just hope it won’t! They were accusing us of the fade being on the lifestyle but come on it’s not like we been doing nails yesterday! Nails were done last Sunday and finally had a chance to come bk this Sunday so 7 days to get them fixed again! The lady was like oh nothing wrong it’s just dirty! Lol they really think customers are stupid or have no prior experience doing nails! It’s only because our normal nail salon was very booked on last notice we had to come here and try them but it’s very disappointing!
