Andy and Tammy are great! They pay attention to each individual and remember what each client prefers if they become regulars. Always clean and can usually pull off any design shown to them. They aren’t open on Wednesdays but open every other day. You also do not have to get color or a design they will simply fill you file your nails and send you on your way. Great place!

I’d rate my experience a 2/10. I came at 5pm on a Tuesday for a spa pedicure with regular polish. I already had acrylic on my big toes and wanted them to be filled in. Initially I was being serviced by a younger female. She did not do well at all. The service I received from her was horrible! She did not shape my toenails well and ignored me when I told her the water in the foot bowl was not warm enough. She kept turning to the other techs for help which I didn’t mind but eventually I had to be serviced by another tech (who was male) because she didn’t know how to fill in acrylic toes. When I noticed this I suggested removing the acrylic all together and just receiving a regular spa pedicure. I guess she didn’t know how to remove the acrylic either because she simply walked away leaving the warm towels on my legs. Once the male tech came over, he assured me he would fix my toes to my liking and I was fine with the switch. Once he began to inspect my toes he let me know that instead of removing the acrylic from my toes like I asked he would just fill them in. When I asked why, he horribly whispered “because it’s cheaper”. Offended and over the entire experience I simply said “The price does not matter, but okay”. At the time of my service I was the only African American female in the salon, everyone else was White. I honestly feel the side glances and rude remarks made by other techs nearby were racially motivated and I will never spend my money at this salon again.

I liked my service here, the Guy took his time with my pedicure. One of the best pedicures I’ve had. I was satisfied with my service will be returning. Thank you Guys. It was very Quiet and peaceful in there such a good vibe. Oh and those massage chairs were the best.

They always get me in quickly even without an appointment. Their gel polish application is flawless and always lasts a few weeks. Bought a gift card for a friend, because she is in love with my nails!! Manicure

The manicure and pedicure were satisfactory but the female working on my nails had an ear piece and kept talking to it during my entire service. I was never once spoken to . I have never been treated so rudely before. When I paid my bill she seemed to assume the cash back was her tip? Pedicure, Manicure

Got a full set of acrylic nails in 15mins. meanwhile, my finger nails were super shorter than usual. Nevertheless the finger nail polish makes a big bright impression. Overall, the nail tech at Regency Nail Salon worked magic on my hands .

Visited for the first time today. Staff was very nice and welcoming! Got acrylics done by Kim, she’s great. After leaving the salon one of my nails smudged but the staff went above and beyond to make sure to correct the nail when I returned, which I appreciated, and of course there was no charge. Give this place a try, they really care about their performance here and take good care of you! While I was there a customer got a pedicure which seemed very relaxing, so I would suggest trying a pedicure out. Will be returning for other services!
