Great customer service. Pleasant and welcoming staff. Dr Carr removed a mole and froze a wart, process was very easy and quick for both, plus explanation for wound care. I’m going back to have a growth excised, and the procedure was explained in simple terms so I’d know how it would go. Really appreciate Regency Dermatology and will go back for any further problems.

I didn’t care for the service I received at Regency (the doctors did a good job, but that’s the only positive I have for them) and would definitely not go there again. However, the saving grace (she gets 5 stars) was Trish in billing! An absolutely amazing person! She took care of my account with politeness and professionalism. Definitely an asset to the company. Her 5 stars, 4 stars for the actual work performed balanced out to an overall 3 stars for me as the procedural services, were a negative rating to me. Again, Trish saved the day and kept me from TOTALLY giving a thumbs down to Regency.

The staff here is very kind. I was running late for my appt and they were very understanding. I was still called to come to my room in a quick time. We received no confirmation of an appointment so we called 3 hours before, they said yes your appointment is confirmed see you today. We drive 30 minutes to get here and be told that the doctor is on maternity leave for another month. What was confirmed? Did they even glance at the schedule? You wasted an hour of our life and gas to get here! Why did you confirm the appointment? Very unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate! You should treat people better. We won’t be back here. We will go somewhere with common sense that values our time and pays attention to details.
