Went in for a pedicure and dip manicure and couldn’t be happier! My nails turned out exactly how I asked, staff was very kind and accommodating of me even though I didn’t have a appointment that day. This is my second visit and they have been great both times. They do get busy so make sure to book an appointment before!

If you’re looking for the bare minimum service, with no friendly banter this is the place for you. So I’m 9 months pregnant and my feet are so swollen right now I can’t even really use hot water because they’re so sensitive. So hot stone massage is out because of the heat obviously. I let the lady know my feet were extremely Sensitive due to me being over due right now. Her response was well then I just won’t do them. I thought she was joking but she really meant that. First she knicked my skin, I could tell she was annoyed I said something about it. Then when she was brushing the nails with soap she was being very rough and I let her know that the knicked toe was still sensitive, she was annoyed again. I didn’t even really need a gel polish refresh but my heels were super dry and peeling so that’s why I went and she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my heels done. I wouldn’t even be going to get my feet done if I weren’t so pregnant but I just can’t reach my feet right now. I was supposed to get the sugar scrub and I could tell she didn’t want to do it she knew what service I wanted but kept trying to exclude the services I asked for. I just opted out of my manicure cause I didn’t want her ruining my nail experience anymore. The time before this experience my gel polish bubbled on one toe and the person working on my feet said my toe touched the light. I know the difference between a bubble and a smudge but at least that time the young lady was nice to although she was annoyed I made her redo the color application. The fact that she was gonna let me leave there with a bubble nail should have been my cue to never go back there but the first time the young lady was nice. This time the older lady was just rude. So now me and my husband will be going else where for our bi weekly treatments. Women spend this money more for therapy and someone to be nice to them more than they actually need their feet and nails done. Thanks for ruining my experience.
