This place was horrible. It was so expensive. It was more expensive for a fill then a whole new set. The color chipped off after 24 hours. I had an appointment at 9:30 showed up 5 minutes early and they told me to come back at 9:40. Didn’t get in until 10:30. I asked 4 times for them to correct the color on my toes and 3 times for them to fix the color on my nails. They did not. Family members had appointment there also, and the salon over booked and canceled their appointment ONCE THEY CAME TO CHECK IN. This place is a horrible mess. Will never go back or recommend it to ANYONE.

They were removing calluses and they were going to hard She told them it hurt and yet they kept going. They put stickers in her big toes. They charged her $60 (not including tip). I called them about it and they asked to see pictures so I sent them pictures. They called back with a story saying she had a manicure which she clearly didn’t. Then they told me her friend paid for her birthday (which is October). The foot soak was ice cold and they took too much off the bottom of her foot she can hardly walk. Their other story was that she got shellac and that’s why she was charged $60. They don’t even know what story to stick with on why she was charged nearly double. They are unwilling to make it right so I am reporting them to the better business bureau. worst customer service and nail experience ever. I called to see if they could fix my nails because they were uneven and crooked. my moms nails cracked 2 days after we got them done. the manager of the business told me she was too busy and hung up on me. I called 2 more times on different days and the same thing happened. on the 4th call I was told to come show them and they would fix the nails. I came and they said they could put new polish on nails. then proceeded to get me escorted out of Wal-Mart for standing at their counter while I called my mom.

My first time going in years And I really liked the customer service as soon as I walked in I was immediately helped and once I chose my color I got to sit down and they started right away with my nails it was very friendly and Nice , it’s not as bad as these reviews say it is! I enjoyed it and most importantly I got the nails I wanted , I absolutely love my nails and will be going again for sure!

Went to get acrylic nails done and painted. Before even starting. They refused to paint the colors i wanted. Kept saying gel is better and we don’t paint just the tips. When I told them thanks anyway I’ll go somewhere else. Picture posted is all i wanted but without snowflake. And pink line instead of white. Thanks for me some money! I visited this salon a month ago. The women started working on my nails when I noticed she was very aggressively electric filing the entire nail area on all my nails. So I said “You do realize that these are my real nails?” She clearly did not and I’m still trying to grow out the mess she made. My nails are still splitting and cracking. I don’t know about you, but it seems to me that someone who calls themselves a Manicurist should know the difference.
