I would not recommend this regal nail salon to anyone! I was with a friend for a girls day and ended up going here. The nail technician was maya. We waited 15 minutes before they started on us, my friend waited even longer to get worked on. First off during Covid times , maya was coughing on my feet, not even thinking to get a mask on or being self aware over what she was doing. But it gets worse. I purchased the deluxe pedicure with the paraffin wax, and hot stone. She was scraping the callus off my feet, but missed a complete part of it on my left arch. How does this woman have a nail technician license? I asked for a matte top coat for my yellow nails. It turned out completely bad. So I informed her that it doesn’t look right. Maya proceeds to claim that she told me that matte top coat wouldn’t go well with that color choice. She did not say a word about it at all! She starts to remove the nail polish off me in a passive aggressive manner. She then starts to apply a new coat of the yellow polish on my nail bed. She coated My nails like she was a kindergarten student in art class. I have a picture of the massacre she performed on my nails. Not to mention I was wearing a brand new pair of sandals from Ross I just got that day and the nail polish got over my new sandals. I would not give this a single star on this review. I also noticed the ceiling of this place is absolutely filthy so the environment is ghetto. I was so annoyed that I left, I didn’t tip her nothing! I felt bad that it took so much time to finish with me while my friend was finished with her pedicure and manicure and waiting for me. Keep in mind the nail tech worked on her 15 minutes after starting on me, and I only had a pedicure! I hope I can get the nail polish stain off of my sandals with nail polish remover. Wish me luck! maya is an elderly Asian woman. I’m never going to this nail salon ever again! Look at my pictures and you can see why. I dry brushed my feet with some sanitizer to scrub off the memories of the regal pedicure treatment for good! Na Na na na…hey hey hey goodbye!

I wanted stiletto nails with this irradesent powder over a pink polish. I got these done on 7/2/2018. These are gel nails. Upon getting this done, the lady made my cuticle bleed and went on as if nothing happened. She rushed filing down my nails and are uneven where she filed them. When she put on the powder, she did it very fast and is not only streaky, but is not applied on the edges/tips/base so it looks really tacky. It is now 7/6/2018 and for the last 2 days my nail on my middle finger is already beginning to peel. This was a very disappointing experience from beginning to end. The final cost was about $55 for it to turn out like garbage. I guess this was a mistake on my part for thinking Walmart would have something good to offer me at a decent price.

They may be busy but the wait is so worth it. Tracey and Ahn are great at nails, Maya, Mary and Tracey are fantastic at pedis. I’ve been going here at least 10 1/2 years never had any problems. The prices are comparable to other salons I’ve seen. This is a family business and they always treat you like family.
