I had a gel manicure and asked for a flower design. I also had eyebrows waxed. I personally won’t get my eyebrows waxed here again only because I’m a Latina that likes fuller brows. I let them know I just wanted them cleaned and keep shape. My eyebrows when finished are thin shaped with a thin tail, not my taste. She did do additional plucking of strays. To some my eyebrows look fine, I did receive compliments at Taco Bell.

Horrible customer service & extremely disgusting hygiene they used a drill to remove my nails than processed to use it on a lady’s toes without cleaning plus it took 2 nail technicians to remove my nails 45min what was super simple still couldn’t accomplish the job I just paid & left I’ll go somewhere else my first time & never going back

I had an appointment and still had to wait half an hour. I got a full set and I think it’s the sloppiest my nails have ever been done, there’s acrylic under my nails making the edges rough and look bad. They weren’t shaped evenly or fit to my nails, and looked outgrown the day I got them done. Also, I asked for stilleto and got oval…??? I suggest they take more time to actually focus on what they’re doing and put more effort in it; the worker was getting up and down constantly and even switched with another person. It was disappointing considering all the good reviews and the fact that it’s pretty busy.
