I have been going to this business for over a year and recently they are under new management and they are horrible. The nail tech I got did not know what he was doing and made my cuticles bleed and hurt. When he saw the blood he just wiped and and I told him it hurt and he didn’t say anything. I asked him if he was new at it and he said yes. So I just informed him if you feel someone pull there hand back it’s because whatever your doing is hurting and at least apologize. My nails were all different shapes and sizes so I had to file them when I got home. I paid $45, I’m not one to try and get a discount but I did let the girl who owns it that they need to shadow him and train him because there will be a day when someone not so considerate as me will come in and rip them a new one. There customer service is horrible as well she didn’t seem like she cared. I wish I could rate this place a 0. Never going back again.

Literally over heated my gel manicure. My nails melted!!! Horrible!!!! I requested to take the gel off because of how bad they came out and they still charged me half of the manicure even though I left with nothing on my nails! Don’t waste your money or time here go else where. (I’m editing my note 5 days after I posted) It’s been 5 days since this occurred & My nail beds are in so much pain and super sensitive to any heat or touch cause of how much they filed my nails down.

Miss Holly!!!!:(New people working there are not really good. The gel color they use seems cheap. You could see through the color and it seem like I was left with air bubbles on the polish. I will give them 1 more chance if not I need to find a new nail salon.

The lady was okay until I asked for a nail design, she rolled her eyes when I asked if she could draw hearts on nails. I wanted some diamonds too but I just didn’t ask for that no more since she was getting in a bad mood. It was my first time going there and I will never go back. At the end I didn’t get the nails I wanted, I had something different in mind. They are not welcoming, not friendly at all, a little pricey for something so simple, I was willing to pay whatever I need to but I didn’t even got what I wanted since she was so annoyed. This nails were for my quinceañera so I was a bit upset. (My daughter wrote this review)

Nice colors and fast BUT, NOT OK to rip people off!! They charged me $5 extra for gel manicure when the sign said $15, A total of $20 just last week for just gel color & I asked how much for a regular mani and they said $10. I went in for a mani and to get the color off, they charged me Another $20!! when i asked, they said “it is now $20 for manicure +3 for take color off, is now $23″ NOT OK ripping people off like that.

Do not recommend. From my experience with them recently, they did not prep my cuticles right they didn’t even cut them, they went straight on to buffing my nails. Not only this, but when I asked for a coffin shaped nail the nail tech was rude and tried to make it a square shape. On top of that the tools they use are NOT sanitary, the nail tech attempted to file my nails with an old used nail file I had to request a new one and when I did he tried to argue back as to why. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
